# 1.0Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Audiary, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

# 2.0Description of Service

Audiary is a text-to-speech app that converts text into spoken audio using on-device speech synthesis. Audiary offers three voice tiers — neural (a locally-stored AI model), enhanced, and default (Apple's built-in system voices). All synthesis happens locally on your device; your text is never transmitted to any server.

# 3.0License

Audiary is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

# 4.0In-App Purchases

Audiary offers a free trial with 15 minutes of cumulative listening time. After the trial, continued listening requires a one-time premium purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited listening permanently.
All app features are available to all users. Only listening time is gated during the trial.
Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.

# 5.0User Content

You retain full ownership of any text you add to Audiary. Your content is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to any server. We do not access, view, or process your content in any way.

# 6.0Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent the trial or purchase mechanisms

# 7.0Intellectual Property

Audiary, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Working Model LLC. The app's guide content is provided for personal use within the app.

# 8.0Disclaimers

Audiary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Text-to-speech output quality depends on your device's capabilities and the voices available on your version of iOS. Results may vary across devices and iOS versions.

# 9.0Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Working Model LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

# 10.0Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time. Your license to use the app terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these terms.

# 11.0Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

# 12.0Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
