# 1.0Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Moarpixels, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

# 2.0Description of Service

Moarpixels is an image enlargement app for iOS. It takes a small image you provide and enlarges it by 4× per pass using an on-device AI model executed through Apple's Core ML framework. All processing happens locally on your device; your images are never transmitted to any server.

# 3.0License

Moarpixels is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

# 4.0In-App Purchases

Moarpixels is unlocked through a one-time premium purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited enlargements permanently.
Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.
There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or per-image fees.

# 5.0User Content

You retain full ownership of any image you import into Moarpixels and of any enlarged output the app produces. Your content is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to any server. We do not access, view, or process your content in any way.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enlarge and use any image you import. Moarpixels does not check, license, or moderate the content of your images.

# 6.0Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or its bundled AI model
Extract, redistribute, or repackage the AI model for use outside the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Use the app to violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of others — including enlarging copyrighted images you do not have a license for, or other people's photos used without their consent
Attempt to circumvent the purchase mechanism

# 7.0Technical Limits

Moarpixels imposes an input size limit (currently 16 MB) to keep on-device inference within available memory on iOS devices. The app may refuse to process images larger than this limit. Output quality depends on the source image, your device's hardware, and the on-device model's capabilities; results may vary across devices and iOS versions.

# 8.0Intellectual Property

Moarpixels, including its design, code, branding, and bundled AI model weights, is the intellectual property of Working Model LLC and its licensors. Use of any third-party components is subject to their respective licenses.

# 9.0Disclaimers

Moarpixels is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

The app will be free of bugs or errors
The app will work with every iOS version, every device, or every image format
Every image will produce a usable result
Enlarged outputs will meet a specific quality standard for any particular use, including printing

AI-based image enlargement is inherently imperfect. The app may produce visual artifacts, hallucinated detail, or other inaccuracies. Output should not be relied upon for any use where pixel-accurate fidelity to the original is required.

# 10.0Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Working Model LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the app.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

# 11.0Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time. Your license to use the app terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these terms.

# 12.0Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

# 13.0Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
