# 1.0Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VectorSnap, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

# 2.0Description of Service

VectorSnap is an image-to-vector tracing app. It converts images (photos, sketches, logos, paintings) into editable vector shapes and exports them in SVG, PNG, PDF, and DXF formats for use with cutting machines, lasers, plotters, and design software. All tracing and image processing happens locally on your device; your images are never transmitted to any server.

# 3.0License

VectorSnap is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

# 4.0In-App Purchases

VectorSnap offers a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a one-time premium purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited tracing and exporting permanently.
Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.

# 5.0User Content and Source Images

You retain full ownership of the images you bring into VectorSnap and the designs you make from them. Your content is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to any server. We do not access, view, or process your content in any way. Designs you export are yours to use, including commercially.

You are responsible for having the right to use any image you trace. Tracing an image does not create or transfer rights in the underlying artwork. Do not use VectorSnap to reproduce artwork, logos, or characters you do not have the right to use.

# 6.0Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose, including infringing others' intellectual property
Attempt to circumvent the trial or purchase mechanisms

# 7.0Intellectual Property

VectorSnap, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Working Model LLC. The bundled sample images are public-domain works, credited in the app's Acknowledgements. VectorSnap's tracing engine builds on VTracer by the VisionCortex project, used under the MIT License.

# 8.0Disclaimers

VectorSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Trace quality depends on the source image. Cutting results depend on your machine, materials, and cutting software. Always review a design before committing material to it.

# 9.0Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Working Model LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including wasted materials or failed cuts.

# 10.0Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time. Your license to use the app terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these terms.

# 11.0Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

# 12.0Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
