Every Diagnostic starts as a free 30-min Intro. The Intro is the chance to learn and discuss your business with no pressure. If you choose to continue with the Diagnostic, you book a paid 90-min session, or a paid half-day.

Diagnostics ship a working prototype before we're done — typically a coding-agent setup, a custom script, or a webapp/dashboard — plus a written summary of where you are on the ladder and follow-on growth areas to keep building fluency.

Stage 02 / Implementation

Implementation is about solving your real friction point now.

Want to realize something more ambitious? Diagnostics are 100% creditable toward follow-on Implementations booked within 60 days. In an Implementation engagement, we build the system and help you gain the skills to run it. Both come with the deliverable. Hand-off is deliberate; you own everything.
